Shipping Policy
** We are currently running a Closing Down Sale from 1/1/25 - 10/1/25. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns/exchanges/refunds. **
Lenee Style ships via Australia Post.
We offer a Flat Rate fee of $15 for Express Shipping, and a Flat Rate fee of $10 for Regular Shipping. All orders over $150 will receive free Express Shipping automatically at checkout.
You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. (Please be sure to check your junk mail!) Once a tracking number has been lodged, Lenee Style is no longer accountable for your parcel. Please ensure all your contact and shipping information is correct when placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed & deemed faulty. Returns must be requested via email to admin@lenee.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your order. A Return will be granted providing:

Item is returned within 14 days of receipt of you order.

Item is in original packaging.

Item is unworn, unmarked & unwashed condition, with all tags and buttons (if applicable) attached.
Lenee will process all returns within 5 business days of the item being received. We do not have the capacity to cover postage on returns. Sale purchases are final.
Faulty Items
Every Item that leaves Lenee Style is individually checked over before being shipped. Please contact us at admin@lenee.com.au if you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, within 24 hours of receiving your product.
